Graphisoft's response to the war in Ukraine
We are shocked and saddened by the human impact of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Our thoughts are with the local population, our user community, our colleagues, partners in both countries, and all who have family and friends in the affected regions.
We believe that economic sanctions against Russia are an essential mechanism in restoring peace and have immediately acted to ensure that we properly enforced these restrictions in our business. In compliance with the global sanctions in place and in response to the current situation, Graphisoft has suspended all new business activities in Russia and Belarus and for all sanctioned organizations and individuals and has disabled access to our commercial services in these countries. In addition, we have canceled business with and deactivated our products and services for sanctioned organizations and individuals.
Our priority is the safety and well-being of our colleagues. We have taken immediate steps to support those in the affected countries and to ensure that any colleagues with family in the region get the support they need. We are collaborating with the Nemetschek Group to offer our colleagues a matching donation program to support the refugees and otherwise respond to the unfolding humanitarian crisis in Ukraine. We are also offering colleagues time off to directly participate in charity efforts.
We stand firmly with those calling for peace and an end to the violence in Ukraine.
